This robot is for a Christmas present, I didn’t realise that it had to be put together and thought that it had broken in transit because the packaging and the inside box had been damaged - like somebody had deliberately punched it, right on the fragile sign. Was a bit disappointed as it is for Christmas but glad that the contents were all ok. The service was good and I understand why I couldn’t get a replacement box when I asked - but it might be an idea in the future to even just have some boxes that size to send if the originals get damaged, although there’s no guarantee that they won’t get damaged too. Australia Post has a monopoly and very little care or people skills, but thank you for getting back to me with my queries so quickly though, even though it wasn’t your fault ☺️
