Can I pay and pick it up from your store?
Yes, you can pick up from our store at Level 1, 60 Wigram Street, Harris Park NSW 2150. You can also pay at our store by direct deposit or Payid.
What payment methods do you take?
If you are purchasing online, we take VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay.
How long does it take you to dispatch my online order?
Any order placed from Monday to Friday will leave our store within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will leave our store on Monday, excluding public holidays.
What are your charges for shipping?
Orders over $150 are shipped to you free of charge. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $10.95 and express shipping is $20.95.
What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
We track all our orders (and you will also be able to track them) but understand things sometimes go wrong! If your order is damaged or lost, please contact us on (02) 8677 2581 during shop hours or send us an email at enquiry@curiouskidzz.com.au
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase through our website. These can be redeemed online or in-store and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Our gift cards are available in $30, $50 and $100 amounts. Please note these cannot be redeemed for cash.
Do you do gift wrap? Will price tags and an invoice be included?
Yes, we can do GIFT WRAPPING with a message on top at nominal charges. You can choose options while selecting the product. We won’t supply any tax invoice and not any price tag with Gift-Wrapping item.

Can I Pay at the store?
Yes, you can visit our store and pay with PAYID or Bank Transfer.
Is online ordering safe? I am a bit more concerned about safety.
Our website has a safety SSL encrypted certificate installed. We use, stripe and woocommerce payment gateway which is extra secure. We also use popular third-party safest payment gateways which are Paypal, Zip and Afterpay, Google, Apple Pay.
After placing my order, do I get order confirmation?
Yes, our automated system generates email confirmation. Sometimes it may take a little longer. Also, please don’t forget to check your spam folder, sometimes it is sitting there. Incase if you don’t find anything, simple email us, we will find out and get back to you.
Do I get a Tracking number of my order?
Of course, each order is supplied with a valid tracking number. Alternatively, you can tract from our website, there is Tracking Order option, where simply put your email address and order number.
