At Curiouskidzz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re happy to help with returns or replacements under the following conditions:
30-Day Returns for Unopened Items
· You may return unopened, resalable items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item price.
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
· You are responsible for return postage and packaging (unless the item arrived damaged).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at enquiry@curiouskidzz.com.au with a photo as proof. We will either:
· Send a replacement, or issue a full refund of the product.
Free Delivery Adjustments
If your order included free shipping, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Your Consumer Rights
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses.
How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred).
3. Send it back to the address we provide.
